The tool shop uses both conventional machining tools and CNC machines.

Conventional metal turning machines are used for large series production of less complex parts, such as pins, stamping tools, flanges, etc.

PRESS SHOP

An integral part of our production is a press shop.

The key focus is on the production of cages for GUFERO seal rings and brake systems, production of washers, steel pipe and beam punching We use eccentric presses from 25t to 160t. We are also capable of designing and manufacturing press tools

WELDING SHOP

Our welding shop is equipped with welding machines made by MIGATRONIC and FRONIUS.

We use MIG welding machines designed for MIG/MAG welding method used in medium and heavy industries.  Welding power from 300 to 545 A.. These machines are equipped with a 4-roller wire feeder and with an internal welding wire feeder. Welding machines may also be used for automatic spot and stitch welding. As a standard feature they are equipped with ERGO welding torch and wire feed control built directly into the torch handle.
