LEDs DO NOT PRODUCE ANY UV RADIATION
LED light fixtures do not emit any radiation, especially no UV radiation, which is the characteristic disadvantage of energy-saving light bulbs and classic old fluorescent lamps and gas-discharge lamps.

The service life of the LED light sources ranges from 30,000 – 70,000 hours. If you consider an average 12 hours per day LED lamp will last from 8 to 19 years.

By performing a simple calculation you learn that your energy consumption is approximately 50% lower when compared with with the use of conventional fluorescent lamps, and 60-70% when compared with discharge lamps. This eliminates the need to replace light sources, which you must do if you use conventional light bulbs, energy-saving bulbs, fluorescent lamps, discharge lamps, etc.

SWITCHING ON /OFF DOES NOT REDUCE THE SERVICE LIFE OF LED LIGHTS
In contrast, frequent switching on/off greatly reduce the service life of fluorescent lamps, discharge lamps and incandescent lamps. It is has been measured that if this cycle is repeated seven times a day, the service life of these standard light sources is reduced approximately by half when compared with the life specified by the manufacturer.
